Returns

Tatolila Macrame offers the right to return the purchased product, within 14 days from the date indicated on the product purchase document, in case you are not satisfied, or for any other reason. The Company is willing to accept the return of the product, exchange it for another of your choice, grant you a credit for the amount of the value of the product that you can use against another purchase from the Company, or return its value in money, always based on its value as a returned product. Before returning the product, you should contact the store, having the following information available:

• Customer 's name

• Date

• Original sales document number

• The reason for the return or a description of the problem.

The total cost of shipping / return (to and from) is borne entirely by the customer. The returned product must be in its original packaging and with the original sales receipt.

Cancellations

Cancellation of your order can be made within 24 hours from the moment of the order.
